ExFreight requests and collects identity verification data from a legally registered officer of companies wishing to utilize the ExFreight shipping system, known as Exfresso.

This data is primarily used for the supply-chain security of respective parties engaged within shipment transactions utilizing ExFreight and the Exfresso platform.

ExFreight utilizes third-party identity verification platforms for the collection of the aforementioned data. This information is retained throughout the course of ongoing business interaction. The personal information obtained via the verification process will not be disclosed to additional parties other than collection efforts for monies owed, law enforcement request(s), or associated legal proceedings.
