What happens if my FBA shipment is rejected at the warehouse?
Amazon rejects shipments for missing FBA labels, wrong pallet sizes, mixed-SKU pallets without authorization, no appointment, or HAZMAT issues. ExFreight’s FBA specialists prevent this with palletization to spec, ARN labels, FBA labels, and confirmed appointments. If a rejection still happens, we redirect to a US 3PL, fix the issue, and reship without restarting the freight quote.
