Standard air freight is the default service level: 5-8 day door-to-door transit on commercial flights at competitive rates (compare with ocean freight for shipments where transit time is not critical). Express air freight is priority cargo on the next available flight: 2-4 day transit at premium rates. Consolidated air freight ships multiple smaller cargos together for cost savings: 7-12 day transit with the lowest per-kg cost.
